At Pak Natural Herbs, we take great care in packing and delivering our herbal products. As our products are supplied in sealed flexible (pouch) packaging and delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across Pakistan, this policy explains when returns or replacements are accepted.
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The flexible pack is torn, leaked, or unsealed at the time of delivery
The product is damaged during transit
An incorrect or incomplete item is delivered
⏰ Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:
The pack has been opened, used, or resealed
The seal is broken after delivery
Return is requested due to taste, smell, or personal preference
Customer changes mind after receiving the order
Delivery is delayed by the courier
Incorrect address or customer unavailability at delivery time
To request a return or replacement:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Once approved, we will guide you on the return process or arrange pickup
The product must be unused and in original flexible packaging
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Cash refunds are not offered
Approved cases will receive:
Replacement of the same product, or
Store credit for future orders
All replacements or credits are issued after inspection.
If the issue is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will bear the return and re-delivery charges
In all other cases, delivery charges are non-refundable
COD orders that are refused at delivery or remain unreachable may be restricted from future orders to prevent misuse of the service.
Pak Natural Herbs reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
