6. Order Refusal & Fake Orders

  • Refusal to accept a COD order at delivery may result in order restrictions

  • Repeated fake or refused orders may lead to account blocking or order cancellation

7. Returns & Replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items

  • Flexible packs must be sealed and unused

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Cash refunds are not offered for COD orders
